We released the latest version of the ExaMode OWL 2 Ontology, including all the four diseases treated in the project: colon carcinoma, cervix carcinoma, lung carcinoma, and lung disease. The ontology models the clinical cases for all the diseases, including their intervention and locations. The ontology can be accessed through Zenodo or downloaded directly here (in TTL format).
Publicly available data will include medical and scientific literature datasets (mainly in the field of digital pathology)
